Rich Greece
Richard Greece, founder of Greece Contracting LLC. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in all phases of construction, I’ve built my expertise from the ground up. As a 3rd-generation builder, I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by talented family members who shared their knowledge and skills with me from a young age. This deep-rooted experience has been the foundation of my success in leading my own company and continuing the legacy of quality craftsmanship.
Ross Greece
I’m Ross Greece, co-owner of Greece Contracting LLC. I’ve been in the contracting business for just over 8 years, but I’ve been around it my whole life. Growing up, I spent my weekends and summers helping my dad on projects, learning the ropes from a young age. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, graduating magna cum laude from Clarion University while also playing football there. My background in business and hands-on experience in the field allows me to contribute a unique perspective to the growth and success of our company.

We started as a small family business, a father and son team with more than 40 years of experience in construction and remodeling. From day one our focus has been simple: deliver dependable, high quality work with craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail.
Over the years we’ve built a trusted reputation by handling everything from small repairs to large commercial projects. Whether it’s new builds, full remodels, roofing, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, porches, windows, flooring, tile, concrete, or outdoor kitchens, we bring the same care and pride to every job.

Estimator
Join our growing team as a Carpenter and Construction Technician. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including new builds, remodels, decks, siding, roofing, concrete work, and more. We’re looking for candidates with strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship. Book Keeper
We’re seeking a friendly, organized team member to help with scheduling, customer communication, and job coordination. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our field team and customers to ensure every project stays on track and the chance to be part of a company known for trust and quality.
Subcontractor
As a Sales and Estimating Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners and businesses to understand their needs, prepare quotes, and guide them through the construction process. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a customer-first mindset. We provide a base salary, commission opportunities, and the chance to represent a company known for quality and trust.
